1、整机设计采用单边活动桥式结构,该结构大幅降低了活动框架的重量,显着提高了系统的运动性能,确保了测量精度及稳定性。

2、三轴导轨均采用高精密天然花岗岩,使三轴具有相同的温度特性,保证测量过程中良好的温度稳定性及刚性。

3、三轴导轨均采用自洁式预载荷高精度空气轴承,使运动更平稳,导轨永不受磨损。

4、长度测量系统采用英国 RENISHAW 的自粘开放式金属光栅尺,使光栅尺与花岗岩基体的热膨胀系数接近,从而提高设备的稳定性。

5、测量结果可以直接输出成标准数据文档(IGESDXF),支持逆向工程。


1. The machine is designed as a single side moving-bridge structure that substantially reduced the moving structure weight and significantly improves the movement feature of system to ensure its accuracy and stability.
2. The three axis guide ways are made of high precision natural granite which ensures the same temperature characteristics to get temperature stability and good rigidity.
3. Three axis guide ways adopt encircled type, static pressure, air-float guide way, combined by self-cleaning preload air bearing.
4. Length measurement system adopts England RENISHAW self-adhesive metal optical ruler, which can be made close to the granite thermal expansion coefficient, and enhance the machine stability.
5. The measurement results can be directly output as standard data files (IGES or DXF), support for reverse engineering.
